Rethinking criminal justice, unthinkable?

The Centre for Crime and Justice Studies has published a speech of its Director Richard Garside. He delivered the speech at a seminar which examined the Coalition government's approach to criminal justice processes. Richard Garsides' speech has the inspirational title "Thinking the unthinkable" and explored the notion of alternative strategies for the criminal justice system.
